Our Shipping and Handling Policy

  • Our Shop business hours are Tuesday–Saturday, 12:00pm to 8:00pm, Sunday 12:00pm–5:00pm CST, excluding all major holidays.

  • All orders require a production time of up to two Two Seeds business days (M–F) before they can be shipped. The shipping service is based on the estimated speed at which the carrier will deliver your package once it leaves our facility and has no effect on the speed at which your order will be processed. 

  • All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail with an estimated delivery of 1–3 business days.

  • During peak seasons (holidays, sales, etc), processing may take additional time beyond the two Two Seeds business day (M–F) window.

  • We do not ship on weekends and holidays, which may delay the processing and shipment of your order.

  • USPS is unable to provide guaranteed delivery dates for any order.

  • We offer shipping to APO/FPO, Hawaii, Alaska and various international addresses. If our system does not recognize the address, this service must be arranged with Two Seeds and an additional cost may be applied. Shipping to PO Boxes is available.

  • International orders may require duty payments at the time your package arrives. Two Seeds Popcorn is not responsible for the additional costs incurred on these international orders.

  • We will use a maximum box size for orders and standard bulk box for our popcorn bags, individual and bulk bags. Our popcorn tins will be shipped in fitted boxes to ensure quality. There will be a minimum charge for each popcorn tin ordered for shipping.

  • Please note that we do not provide delivery instructions for orders.
